Who can create a Students4EU account?
International applicants interested in published Romanian university options can create an account. Current content is designed primarily for non-EU applicants, including students from Asian regions.
Why must I confirm my email?
Email confirmation protects the account and ensures you can receive important application messages. The activation link is valid for 48 hours; a new one can be requested from Student Access.
Can I apply to more than one faculty?
Yes. You may create separate applications for different faculties. You can have only one application for the same faculty.
Why do document requirements change between faculties?
Universities and programs may set different academic, medical, language or profession-specific rules. Your application shows only the requirements configured for the selected faculty.
What does the completion percentage mean?
It measures completed mandatory requirements for that application. Optional items do not reduce the percentage. A 100% result means the configured required fields are present, not that admission is guaranteed.
Which file formats can I upload?
PDF, JPG, JPEG and PNG are accepted, up to 10 MB per file. Individual requirements may limit how many files can be added.
Are my documents public?
No. Student documents are stored in a protected area and can be downloaded only by the owning student and authorised application administrators.
Can I change a submitted application?
A submitted application is read-only while it is reviewed. If an administrator sets it to “Needs more information”, you can make the requested corrections.
Does Students4EU guarantee admission or a visa?
No. Admission decisions belong to universities. Visa and residence decisions belong to the competent authorities. The platform helps organise information and documents.
Where can I see current tuition?
Confirmed annual tuition and any preparatory-year fee appear on the relevant faculty page. When a fee is not confirmed, the site states that it is still to be confirmed.
