1. The service
Students4EU provides structured information, application checklists, private document storage and admissions-guidance tools for international students interested in Romanian universities.
2. No guarantee of admission or immigration outcome
Universities make admission decisions. Government, diplomatic and immigration authorities make visa and residence decisions. Students4EU does not guarantee eligibility, admission, recognition, a visa, enrolment, accommodation or a particular processing time.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, use an email address you control, keep your password confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Your application and documents
You must upload authentic, complete and lawful documents. You remain responsible for translations, legalisation, deadlines, official forms, fees and originals requested by the university or authorities. A 100% platform completion indicator is a checklist status, not an admission decision.
5. Acceptable use
You may not upload malicious code, false documents, content that violates another person’s rights, or attempt to access another user’s application. Automated abuse, security testing without permission and interference with the service are prohibited.
6. Published information
We aim to present clear and current information, but university requirements, fees and government rules can change. Official university and authority instructions take priority. Where information is unconfirmed, the site should state that it is to be confirmed.
7. Intellectual property
The Students4EU brand, site design, original text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Your uploaded documents remain yours or the relevant issuer’s; you grant the limited permission needed to process them for your requested application.
8. Availability and liability
The service may be updated, interrupted or suspended for maintenance or security. To the extent permitted by law, Students4EU is not responsible for decisions made by universities or authorities, user-supplied errors, external systems or indirect losses.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated where an account is fraudulent, abusive, insecure or violates these terms. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
10. Applicable law and contact
These terms are intended to be governed by Romanian law, subject to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that may also apply. Questions can be sent to contact@students4eu.eu.
